Ticket Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable.

Non-season ticket holders may exchange tickets for another Midland Center performance up to 72 hours before a performance for a fee of $5 per exchanged ticket (restrictions may apply).

Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets for free up to 24 hours before a performance. Package-ticket value may be applied to another Midland Center event in the same series, subject to availability. Additional tickets purchased beyond the package may be exchanged with their full value applied toward any Midland Center event.

Ticket Policy and License

Every guest entering the theater requires a ticket. Please confirm the performance date and curtain time. Latecomers and guests who exit during a performance will not be admitted until an appropriate interval.

This ticket is a revocable license subject to all terms, conditions and policies established by Midland Center for the Arts ("Midland Center"). This license may be revoked without refund for failure to comply with these terms. Conduct that Midland Center determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be disorderly or disruptive will automatically terminate the ticket holder's license.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or otherwise invalid and, if so, are void. Midland Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.

Ticket holders may not take photographs or use recording devices, cell phones, tablets or other electronic equipment (each, a "Device") during the event or performance. Unauthorized use of a Device may result in the Device being confiscated for the duration of the event or performance. Ticket holders grant Midland Center permission to use their image or likeness in connection with any photograph, recording, transmission or reproduction of the event for which the ticket was issued.

Ticket holders assume any and all risks occurring before, during or after the event, including but not limited to injury from any cause, and release management, the facility, participants, artists and their respective affiliates and representatives from related claims. Ticket holders consent to a reasonable search at the discretion of Midland Center.

All applicable taxes are included. Service charges are nonrefundable. Prices, shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
