The Ticket Office also opens one hour before showtime on performance days. Holiday and special-event hours may vary.

Online / Browse and purchase tickets anytime at midlandcenter.org.
By Phone / Call 989.631.8250 during Ticket Office hours.
In Person / Visit the Ticket Office during regular hours. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted.
Will Call & Digital Tickets
Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up during Ticket Office hours or beginning one hour before most performances. Look for the Will Call sign when you arrive.
Digital ticket QR codes appear three hours before showtime and must be opened on your phone. Screenshots and printouts will not scan. If you have trouble accessing your tickets, visit the Ticket Office before the performance.
Accessible Accommodations
Need wheelchair-accessible, no-step or companion seating? Let Guest Services know when purchasing tickets so we can help you find the best available option. These seats are frequently requested, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
Assistive listening devices are available in the Auditorium and Little Theater. Sensory-friendly backpacks, relaxed performances and social narratives offer additional support for different needs.

Theater Seating at Midland Center
Patrons can select their seats when purchasing tickets in the Auditorium and Little Theater. Become a season ticket holder to receive the first opportunity for the best seats. Doors generally open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
